CityTaps' vision is to enable running water to every urban home in the developing world.
To achieve this goal, we create technology and services that enable running water at home in urban areas.
Our IoT & Pay-As-You-Go solution helps ensure the human right to water at home. Water utilities can serve the urban poor sustainably: it restores trust between them and improve the efficiency of the water utility to serve better their subscribers.
The families can access running water in their homes, saving them time and money, and improving their health, while paying for the water service in a simple and convenient way from their phone, at any time, and for any amount.
Our operations take us to Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, and Asia.
Under the hood, CityTaps’ services are built on an IoT stack, including a prepaid and connected smart water meter, a Cloud platform to run the service, and connections to payment platform, utilities IT, etc.

Our current challenges require skills and expertise in the development of our smart water meters.
You will use your knowledge and experience to prototype, design and improve our devices.
You will be part of the technical team, report to the CTO and work closely with the tech engineers and the business team.
